Romie
à propos de vos hôtes

About your hosts

“For us, hospitality is first and foremost about taking care of people as much as the place.”

Aerial view of the Alouette Natural Area, space and greenery

L'Alouette was born from a family story, a story of transmission and deep ties with the land.

Our parents, Yves and Rose, transformed former fields shaped by family farming into a living haven.

Today, these trees are the living heritage, the shade, the coolness, and the soul of L'Alouette.”

The family history of L'Alouette

Who are we ?

We are Clothilde and Florian, a couple united by a love of nature and authentic encounters.

Receiving, sharing, taking the time… that’s what motivates us every day.

We like to welcome with kindness and sincerity, to be available, to listen, and to create a warm and family atmosphere.

A space to relax, refocus and enjoy the essentials.

Why The Lark?

Taking over L'Alouette was an obvious choice for us, mixed with emotion and pride.
This place has a soul, a history, a gentleness that we wish to preserve while also allowing it to evolve.

During my first visit, when I came here on a family holiday, I was immediately captivated by the landscapes. Walking through the marshes, I felt a real connection with them.

Nature is all-encompassing: the marshes gently stretch to the ocean, while the lights and colours transform with the seasons, offering a new setting every day.

Everything there is alive and moving, almost romantic, like a painting inspired by a Jane Austen novel. I felt aligned there, completely at home.

It was at L'Alouette, one summer, that we met.

It was here that our love — a holiday romance — was born, then grew over time, until it became a union that gave birth to three children.
This place is now fully part of our history and our lives.

Our desire is simple:
To perpetuate the spirit of L'Alouette, while improving services and comfort, in order to offer our vacationers a true break of peace and rejuvenation.

We are happy to welcome you to this place imbued with simplicity, where you can, in turn, create memories that intertwine with those of the place, at L'Alouette.
