1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the booking and stay arrangements at Aire Naturelle de l’Alouette, located in Vendays-Montalivet.

1. Booking

Any booking request must be made via the website form.

The booking becomes effective only after:

• receipt of a quotation

• acceptance by the customer

• confirmation from us

A deposit may be required to definitively validate the booking.

1. Rates

Rates are expressed in euros (€) and may vary according to the season.

They include the provision of a pitch for a specified number of people and one vehicle.

Any additional service may be subject to an extra charge.

1. Payment

The payment terms (deposit, balance, deadlines) are specified in the quotation.

The balance of the stay must be paid according to the conditions indicated before or upon arrival.

1. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 30 days before the initial date of your stay.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted, except by exceptional agreement.

1. Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure times are communicated upon confirmation.

Compliance with these times is necessary for the organisation of the site.

1. Conditions of Stay

The natural campsite offers spacious pitches (approximately 400 m²), surrounded by nature, intended for family use (tents, caravans, vans, motorhomes).

Each pitch is limited in the number of people and vehicles allowed.

1. Internal Rules

Campers undertake to:

• respect the peace and quiet of the site

• preserve the natural environment

• keep pitches clean

Any disturbance or inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion without refund.

1. Animals

Pets are accepted provided they are kept on a leash.

Category 1 and Category 2 dogs are not permitted.

Owners are responsible for the behaviour of their animals.

1. Liability

Each camper is responsible for their personal belongings.

Aire Naturelle de l’Alouette declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage.

1. Insurance

Campers are responsible for ensuring that they have liability insurance covering their stay.

1. Environmental Protection

Located in the heart of nature, the natural campsite requires everyone to commit to:

• respecting wildlife and plant life

• limiting disturbances

• managing waste responsibly

1. Personal Data

The information collected is used solely for the management of bookings.

It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.

1. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the place of operation.
