1. Cancellation conditions

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an email to the following address: contact.campingalouette@gmail.com

2. Cancellation before the stay

In the event of cancellation made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a refund may be granted, according to the conditions specified in the quote.

3. Late cancellation

For any cancellation made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon by us in the event of serious and justified circumstances.

4. Failure to appear

In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the stay will be considered due and no refund will be given.

5. Early departure

Any stay that has commenced is payable in full. No refunds will be given in the event of early departure.

6. Exceptional cases

In certain exceptional situations (special conditions, unforeseen events), a solution may be studied on a case-by-case basis.
